Get fit while learning to dance, make new friends and get motivated … This is a workout that will keep you fit, feel fantastic and is fun for all ages and levels.

Do you want to lose weight? Tone Up? Or just increase your Stamina? Then this course is for you.

It is an 8 week course aimed at building your strength, stamina and suppleness. It will be run by Professional Dance Instructor who is also a Master Personal Trainer. The course includes circuit training for those that want to get pumped and feel the fat drop off as you exercise to the max and receive nutritional and exercise advice! But most of all, you will feel the fever, learn the sexy moves of Salsa and get “low… low… low” on the dance floor as you experience the many dance styles from around the world, including Latin, Afro- Samba, Merengue, Cha-Cha, Belly Dancing, Hip-Hop/R&B, Bollywood, and many more. In 8 weeks we will take you from beginners to intermediate level …. Non-partnered class, suitable for all fitness levels.
